It is provided by this Section that most of the provisions of the Act apply to personal representatives with the appropriate modifications. The exceptions are Sections 10 (consents to the exercise of powers), 11 (duty of trustees to consult beneficiaries) and 14 (power for trustees and beneficiaries to apply to the court).
