Paragraph 2. Minors (continued)

Section 1(2) of the Settled Land Act 1925 provided that where an infant became absolutely entitled to land by operation of law and without the execution of any instrument a settlement should be deemed to have been made under that Act. This paragraph provides that when such an event happens after the commencement of the Act, the land is instead held on trust for the minor. Presumably the trustee is the person in whom the legal title is vested.
