The New Land Law

It is not entirely clear whether a book that is made available on the Web, and only on the Web, can be said to be "published" in the normal sense of that expression, although there has been a considerable amount of academic discussion on the subject. In case it is possible there follows the information that would normally be found on at the begining of a printed book.

The files that make up this Web book were first published in 1996 by Roger Horne of 11 New Square, Lincoln's Inn, London WC2A 3QS.
